Geertje Keulers is a Business Consultant at Portbase with a background in Econometrics. Over the course of her career she has gained experience across both commercial organisations and the public sector, working at the intersection of business, operations and digitalisation.
In the past three years at Portbase she has held a range of roles, giving her a thorough understanding of the logistics chain in and around the Port of Rotterdam from multiple perspectives. She thrives on complex problems, quickly gets to grips with new subject matter, and enjoys connecting the dots between data, processes and people. With her analytical approach she helps the Portbase community bring structure to challenges, make opportunities visible, and work together towards practical solutions.
In complex supply chains, stakeholders often have different goals, priorities, and interests. This interactive workshop explores the role of neutral community management in bringing parties together to solve shared challenges.
After a brief introduction to Portbase's role as a community manager, participants will work through a case exercise where each person represents a stakeholder with their own perspective and interests. Through discussion and collaboration, the group will seek a common solution to a supply chain problem — while learning the importance of looking beyond individual interests and focusing on the broader value for the community as a whole.
