Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to ORAM Next Gen Festival 2026.

Registration and Tickets

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to participate in ORAM Next Gen Festival on August 28, 2026. Tickets are personal and non-transferable without prior consent from the organiser.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.

Event Changes

ORAM reserves the right to change the program, speakers, or venue if necessary. In case of event cancellation by the organiser, tickets will be fully refunded.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other participants, speakers, and staff. ORAM reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.

Photography and Recording

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by ORAM.

Liability

ORAM is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the event, except where caused by gross negligence on our part.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
