Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all registrations and ticket purchases for ORAM Next Gen Festival 2026, organised by ORAM (Ondernemersvereniging Regio Amsterdam), De Ruijterkade 7, 1013 AA Amsterdam. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms.
2. Registration and Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing at nextgenfestival@oram.nl no later than August 14, 2026. Please include the full name and contact details of the new attendee. After August 14, 2026, tickets are non-transferable and remain valid for the registered attendee only.
3. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond ORAM's reasonable control — including but not limited to government restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies — ORAM reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, tickets will be refunded minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred. ORAM will communicate transparently about any deductions.
4. Program Changes
ORAM reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, or venue if necessary. Changes of this nature do not entitle participants to a refund.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards fellow participants, speakers, and staff. ORAM reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.
6. Photography and Video
During ORAM Next Gen Festival, an external photographer will capture photos and video footage for publication on our website, social media, and future communications. This is based on legitimate interest. If you object to appearing in published material, please notify us at nextgenfestival@oram.nl before or on the day of the event. 7. Liability
ORAM's liability for damages is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the ticket price paid by the participant. ORAM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income or travel costs. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of ORAM.
